Product introduction
The 6YL-100 is a multi-functional screw oil press for small and medium capacity pressing. It presses oilseeds continuously, discharging crude oil from one side and press cake from the other.
With a capacity of around 200 kg/h it suits village-level pressing workshops, small oil mills and pilot lines, and it can be built into a complete line together with a screening machine, an electrically heated wok and a filter.

Applications
Suitable for continuous pressing of:

- Lines — can be combined with a vibrating screen, an electrically heated wok and an oil filter into a complete pressing line
Working process
- 1. Cleaning — vibrating screen removes stones, sand and impurities
- 2. Crushing and conditioning — oil crusher and electrically heated wok bring the seed to pressing temperature
- 3. Pressing — the screw press extracts the crude oil and discharges the press cake
- 4. Filtration — oil purifier or plate and frame filter removes fines from the crude oil
- 5. Packing — oil is packed or transferred for further refining; cake is bagged
