Located in the Muye District Industrial Park, Xinxiang City, Henan Province, we are a specialised manufacturer of equipment for animal and vegetable oil and fat processing and for feed processing.
Our business covers research and development of oil, fat and feed processing technology and the application of new processes, together with plant layout design, equipment design and manufacture, and the installation and commissioning of complete projects. We maintain long-term technical cooperation with the College of Grain, Oil and Food Science of Henan University of Technology and with Xinxiang Technician College.
Our workshop covers 5,000 m². Our equipment is installed in projects across Central Asia, East Asia, Southeast Asia and Africa.
Our factory
Our workshop designs and manufactures process vessels, cookers, conveyors, pumps, pipework and control systems. Because the whole line is developed in-house — from process design through fabrication and assembly to on-site installation and commissioning — we can adapt a line to a specific raw material and target capacity instead of offering only fixed catalogue machines.

Processing technology we developed
On the basis of conventional rendering of pig, cattle, sheep, poultry, fox and mink fat, we replaced the traditional route with low-temperature vacuum processing. Compared with oil rendered in a conventional rendering kettle, the oil produced has a lighter colour, a lower acid value and a lower peroxide value, a higher oil yield and better-quality press cake, and the rendering time is shorter. Because the whole process takes place in enclosed equipment, waste gas and tail gas can be collected and treated centrally, which makes the process more energy-saving and more environmentally friendly.
We have also developed a complete process for the treatment of dead poultry and livestock and of food waste. The treated material is used as organic fertiliser and as industrial oil feedstock, so the waste is reused — avoiding pollution of soil and water sources and, to a large extent, preventing the spread of disease.
