Refining process
- Dephosphorization — removal of colloidal impurities and gums from crude oil
- Deacidification — removal of free fatty acids
- Decolorization — bleaching of the oil and removal of pigments
- Deodorization — removal of odorous substances, with separation of vapours and liquids
- Dewaxing — removal of waxes from the oil
Small refining units
Compact refining units are supplied in models 500-1, 750-2, 750-3, 800-2, 700-4 and 800-4, with daily capacities from 0.5 T/day up to 20 T/day (0.5, 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 15 and 20 T/day). The units cover the complete refining sequence in a single skid-mounted plant.
