Vegetable Oil Pressing & Oil Refining
The 6YL-160 is a hot and cold dual-purpose automatic oil press rated 250–300 kg/h. It can run cold pressing where cold-pressed quality is required, or hot pressing after the seed has been conditioned, and with a 30 kW main motor it is built for continuous operation in small and medium sized oil mills.

Process
How the line runs

Cleaning
Vibrating screen removes stones, sand and impurities.

Crushing and conditioning
Oil crusher and electrically heated wok bring the seed to pressing temperature.

Pressing
The screw press extracts the crude oil and discharges the press cake.
- 04
Filtration
Oil purifier or plate and frame filter removes fines from the crude oil.

Packing
Oil is packed or transferred for further refining; cake is bagged.
