Process solutions

From raw material to finished product

Five flows we build equipment for

Each flow is assembled from machines in our own range, and sized around the raw material and capacity of the individual project.

Flow 01

Waste cooking oil → biodiesel

Collected waste cooking oil is cleaned and dehydrated, then converted through esterification and transesterification into biodiesel feedstock.

  1. Collection
  2. Pre-treatment
  3. Filtration
  4. Dehydration
  5. Esterification
  6. Transesterification
  7. Methanol recovery
  8. Purification
  9. Biodiesel

Flow 02

Animal fat → rendered fat + protein meal

Slaughterhouse fat and offal are crushed, cooked under low-temperature vacuum, separated and filtered into rendered fat and protein meal for feed.

  1. Raw material
  2. Crushing
  3. Cooking / melting
  4. Separation
  5. Filtration
  6. Rendered fat + protein meal

Flow 03

Vegetable oilseed → crude oil → refined oil

Oilseed is cleaned, conditioned and continuously pressed, then the crude oil is degummed, bleached and deodorised into refined oil.

  1. Cleaning
  2. Crushing and conditioning
  3. Pressing
  4. Filtration
  5. Degumming
  6. Bleaching
  7. Deodorising
  8. Refined oil

Flow 04

Animal by-product → bone meal & protein meal

Bone and animal by-product are crushed, cooked and degreased, dried, ground and screened into bone meal, bone granules and meat and bone meal.

  1. Raw material
  2. Bone crushing
  3. Cooking and degreasing
  4. Drying
  5. Grinding
  6. Screening

Flow 05

Food waste → harmless treatment

Kitchen, market and processing food waste is shredded, dewatered and processed, with oil-water separation and odour drawn off and treated.

  1. Collection
  2. Shredding
  3. Dewatering
  4. Oil-water separation
  5. Processing
  6. Odour control
  7. Discharge
