Rendered fat and meat and bone meal lines are built for slaughterhouses, poultry processors and rendering plants that need to turn fat trimmings, poultry offal and other by-products into clean tallow or lard plus protein meal for feed. The line runs under low-temperature vacuum in enclosed equipment, and the waste gas is drawn off and treated centrally.

Processing capacity
Meat and bone meal press workshops are supplied at 20, 50, 100, 150 and 200 T/D. Animal fat refining and dehydration equipment is supplied at 30, 80 and 100 T/D.
Process flow
Raw material → Crushing → Cooking / Melting → Separation → Filtration → Rendered fat + Protein meal
Main equipment
- Oil crusher — pre-crushing of fat and by-product blocks
- YZCL series steaming cooker — cooking and drying of the raw material
- Screw conveyor — transfer of raw material and press cake
- Oil separator (solid–liquid separation) — separation of fat from solids and water
- YLZ series automatic discharging filter — fine filtration of the rendered fat
- Vacuum unit — maintains the low-temperature vacuum condition in the line
- Workshop exhaust gas treatment system and spray tower — collection and treatment of waste gas and odour
