Model Rendering line
Animal Fat Rendering & Refining
A turnkey plant that renders pork fat into clear, edible lard. The line is built around negative-pressure vacuum rendering: raw fat is crushed, cooked in a closed jacketed vessel under vacuum, then filtered, degummed, dephosphorised, vacuum-dehydrated and clarified in a disc centrifuge. The line is sized around the raw material and target output of the individual project.
