Product introduction
The 6YL-160 is a hot and cold dual-purpose automatic oil press with a capacity of 250–300 kg/h. It can run cold pressing for oils where the cold-pressed quality is required, or hot pressing after the seed has been conditioned.
Driven by a 30 kW main motor, it is built for continuous operation in small and medium sized oil mills.

Applications
Suitable for continuous pressing of:
- Oilseeds — soybean, cottonseed, peanut, sesame, rapeseed, sunflower seed, walnut kernel, corn germ, flax
- Workshops — village and township oil mills, small and medium oil plants, pilot and laboratory lines
- Lines — can be combined with a vibrating screen, an electrically heated wok and an oil filter into a complete pressing line
Working process
- 1. Cleaning — vibrating screen removes stones, sand and impurities
- 2. Crushing and conditioning — oil crusher and electrically heated wok bring the seed to pressing temperature
- 3. Pressing — the screw press extracts the crude oil and discharges the press cake
- 4. Filtration — oil purifier or plate and frame filter removes fines from the crude oil
- 5. Packing — oil is packed or transferred for further refining; cake is bagged
